It’s more important than ever to make sure you are working with a Realtor who knows the market – knows the process – and will be honest with you about every aspect of the transaction.

My team of mortgage people, home inspectors and other professionals affords you access to everyone I know in the business. My approach starts with a Buyer Consultation meeting in my office. We go over the entire purchase process. We talk about what you’re looking for and how you’re going to pay for it. I will recommend several mortgage companies to contact for a pre-approval. You will sign a Buyer Agency Contract and a PA Consumer Notice after they are explained in a way that will make you feel very comfortable. We talk about neighborhoods and building styles. Coffee shops and shopping malls. We get to the bottom of what will make the perfect home for you.
After the consultation we start looking at listings and compile a list of homes to go see. My average buyer sees about 5-15 homes or condos before finding the right one.
From there I write up the purchase package and we begin the negotiation process. After we get the home under agreement – we go through the home inspection, appraisal and final walk through. You CAN do this and I can help.
Interest rates were 3.75% this week. Folks really…that’s free money. It’s not going to get better than this.
